Old timber, new linen
Tidewell was a merchant's house for a hundred years. We kept the jackfruit-wood beams, the yellow walls and the courtyard well, and added deep baths, good beds and a breakfast that runs until noon. Bikes are free, the river boat leaves from our steps at sunset.
